The FM frequency of WIMM will change from 107.7 to 107.9 on Thursday, September 15th.
WIMM has constructed a new, more centrally located tower which will double the potential listening audience of WIMM and make the signal as strong as any FM station within the city limits.
On September 15, the broadcasting equipment will be moved to the new tower. WIMM will be off the air from the evening of Wednesday, September 14 until the broadcast equipment is fully installed at the new tower on September 15. When the move is complete, WIMM will be back on the airwaves but broadcasting on 107.9 FM.
